Storage Services
LONG-TERM STORAGE
Efficient Moving Services provides temperature-controlled storage for up to 6 months. Storage rates vary based on the size of your inventory and the season. Use our moving calculator to submit us a complete inventory of furniture and boxes along with storage dates to inquire about pricing, or give us a call at (781) 859.8592. We are also happy to place your goods in a storage facility of your choice.
Short Term Storage
In case you have to move out in one day, but are not able to move into your new residence for a few days, we offer low cost short term Storage. Once you get your keys, your possessions will be safely delivered to your new apartment or home. The current short term storage charge is $100.00 for up to two weeks of storage services.
Overnight Storage
In case you have to move out in one day, but are not able to move into your new residence until the next day, we offer low cost Overnight On-Truck Storage. The truck remains locked and stationary in our digitally monitored parking lot. Once you get your keys, your possessions will be safely delivered to your new apartment or home. The current overnight storage charge is $150.00. If more than one truck or one night is required, an additional fee of $150.00 per night and per truck will apply.
Storage services fees
The cost of your storage monthly fee will be determined according to the volume of your move and the storage unit you may need. Your monthly storage fee is from the 1st of each month to the end of the month (30th or 31st). We will prorate your first payment from the day you’re moving in to storage, to the end of that month. The minimum storage fee is two weeks.
STORAGE COST
Storage fee is due by the 10th of each month by credit card only. When moving in to storage customer must sign a monthly automatic credit card authorization form.
STORAGE ACCESS
Our storage customer does not have any access to our storage facility for liability reasons. If a storage customer wishes to pick up or drop off extra items in storage, customer must arrange the pick up or drop off with our office.Two
