Yes, we recommend that a responsible adult be present so our team can confirm placement, identify fragile items, and answer any questions during the process.
How long does professional packing take?
Packing time depends on home size. A 1BR apartment typically takes 3–5 hours; a 3BR home takes 6–10 hours. We’ll give you a specific estimate after your inventory assessment.
Do you offer partial packing (just fragile items)?
Absolutely. Many customers prefer to pack most items themselves and have us handle only the fragile, valuable, or specialty items. We’re happy to customize the service.
Do you unpack at the destination too?
Yes — we offer unpacking services at your new home. We’ll unbox, unwrap, and place items in the correct rooms, and take away all used packing materials when we’re done.
What happens if something gets damaged during packing?
All packing services are covered by our liability insurance. Items packed by our team are eligible for full claims. We take exceptional care, but your peace of mind is always protected.
Can you pack and move on the same day?
Yes! Many of our customers choose a combined pack-and-move service. Our team will arrive early to pack, then load and transport everything on the same day for maximum efficiency.
